We can safely say that we are one of the most dynamic and important agencies developing women’s basketball all over the world.

Under the leadership of Nicolás San José in Europe and Mike Cound in America, we represent players in the WNBA, European Championships (Spain, France, Italy, Russia, Turkey ...), China, Korea, Brazil, Ecuador, etc..

With over Thirteen years of experience, Prodep projects an image of seriousness and professionalism. Presidents of clubs, general managers and coaches, appreciate our knowhow, and have been renewing their cooperation with Prodep for many years now.

OUR ORIGINS
Prodep, was created in 1996 by Nicolás San José, with the help of Mike Cound. They have developed a great professional relationship and an extraordinary friendship.

In 2000, Nicolás joins Josep Martin in France and helps him to create Sportalents, which in these years is becoming one of the best agencies in France.

Later and after a few years together, Nicholas meets Francisco Garcia Asturian coach who developed his professional career in Finland and convinces him to join your company and develop a growth that without his help would be impossible. Fran, as he likes people call him, is not only the right hand of Nicholas Prodep, but his best friend.

It would be unfair not to name Natalia Garcia, an aragonesa who loves basketball and discovered by Nicholas during his two years living in Zaragoza. She is the responsible for all administrative tasks of the Enterprise and develops our website, which without any doubt is one of the greatest impact within the world of women's basketball.

We take our work seriously, we invest numerous resources in the well-being of our players and we provide professional services to both clubs and professionals.
